FESC is a Registered Social Enterprise

Aiming to engage more broadly with educational concerns, daily communication in family,  Free English Speaking For Children(FESC) is a registered social enterprise, which allows us to increase the scope and reach of our work as well as raise funds for issues of high concern.

Our scope of work includes non-profit events for pupils in primary schools as well as for-profit ventures that will serve as models of socially-minded businesses and sources of revenue for the non-profit projects.

The non-profit activities will include fundraising, volunteer work and collaboration with other organisations.

The for-profit ventures will include Legal consulting, Translation service and education.

Eventually, we would like to scale FESC to cover all urban and rural districts of Hai Phong city.

Current Volunteer Vacancies

Please note: These are part-time volunteer roles but we hope to convert them to paid positions in the future.

1. Supervisor
   Who makes sure everything works smoothly? The Supervisor team! Creative people wanted with a sense for details- no special technical knowledge required. This might be a good starting point for you to get involved in our organization
2. Communication and PR
   The volunteers of this team answer questions and try to help our members wherever possible. A great way to get to know the whole project this year!
3. Check in& Coat- check counter
   Welcome guests upon arrival at the venue, keep guests’ personal belongings that they don’t want or are not allowed to carry inside the hall.
4. Designer
   Install and discharge all the related banners, tables, chairs and decorative items of the event.
5. DJ
   Select music, clips, songs to play, of course. Sometimes these are pre-selected as a set, sometimes they’re chosen randomly based on the crowd. Make sure the transitions between songs sound good.
6. Cameraman
   If you fall in love with clips, movie, then it is your right choice.
7. Photographer
   Take all of precious moments in the event.
8. Teachers
   Give lesson, games and songs based on the particular topic.
9. MC( A master of ceremonies)
   Introduce speakers, attendants, make announcements and engage with the audience to keep the event agenda flowing as smoothly as possible.Hall Receptionist

11. DIY_ Small do-it-yourself projects around our office

* A Background check less than 6 months old from your home country or current country of residence

* and two years post-certificate teaching experience
